8:00 am - 10:00 am Registration and Networking;

10:00 am - Noon Getting Reacquainted - F2F Session - 1.

Noon – 1:30 pm Buffet Lunch.

1:30 – 3:00 pm Getting Reacquainted - F2F Session - 2.

3:00 – 4:00 pm Getting Reacquainted - Skype Session with the Absentee Alumni;

4:00 – 5:30 Coffee/Tea Break.

Venue Change to Masala, http://www.masalachicago.com

6:00 – 10:00 pm Entertainment, and Dinner. (Director Bhaskar/Dean Nagarajan will join us sometime in the afternoon).

Sunday

7:00 am – 8:30 am Breakfast.

Donors will Join us.

8:30 am – 11:00 am Formal Function

11:00 am – 12:45 pm Appreciation Luncheon Address by Director, Dean, Donor’s Representatives.

1:00 – 1:15 pm Leave for Navy Pier by Bus.

3:15 – 4:30 pm Nauka Se Vihaar  - Lake Michigan (Boat Cruise).

6:30 – 11:00 pm Happy Hour, Buffet Dinner, and Karaoke Entertainment.

Monday

7:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast.

9:00 – 11:00 am Networking and Farewells.

11:00 am – 12:30 pm Buffet Lunch

1:00 pm  - Tears of Joy and Separation and Auf Weidersehen till 2024!!
